Our story
The call you make when the day goes sideways
Valencia's Towing runs out of 3490 Weedpatch Hwy in Bakersfield, and we are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Breakdowns don't keep business hours, so neither do we: Sunday afternoons, holiday weekends, three in the morning, the phone gets answered and a truck gets moving.
We do more than hook and drag. Plenty of the vehicles we pick up leave running again: our customers regularly tell us we diagnosed the problem over the phone, confirmed it in person, and had them back on the road the same day. When a repair is beyond what we can do at the roadside, we get you to the right shop rather than the nearest one.
And we look after the people, not just the vehicle. We've driven customers back to their trucks, dropped passengers at their doctor's appointments, and walked more than a few stressed drivers through the whole process on the phone. That's the difference between a tow and being taken care of.
- Open 24 hours, every day of the year
- Repairs on the spot, not just a tow to somewhere else
- We take care of the passengers, too
What customers say
“Prompt service and very helpful. I was on a work trip and needed my truck to get fixed ASAP and they were able to pick it up and return it to me in working condition THE SAME DAY. The problems were identified quickly first guess over the phone, confirmed in person, no surprises on the quote, and I was on my way before closing time. Owner even picked me up to take me back to the truck. Didn't miss any work. I'd give 6 stars if I could. Thanks gentlemen!”
“A huge thank you to Valencia's Towing! Excellent and very friendly service – even on a Sunday! Not only did he tow our car, but he also repaired the broken parts so we could quickly continue our road trip across America. All the best for you and your Company!”
“Great service that was able to get here quicker than AAA. Went out of his way to make sure the vehicle didn't get damaged loading onto the tow truck and also got us to the right repair shop and even offered to drop off passengers to the doctors office to make our doc appointment. Highly recommend.”
